I have been iterating on my productivity systems for over 10 years now. Most recently, I started using the 12-week year as a way to track my actions and make sure I'm aligning how I spend my time with my actual goals; in other words, it helps me focus on execution!

Unfortunately, I could only find analog scorecards or half-baked digital solutions for implementing the 12-week year. That's why I decided to create my own 12-Week system using Notion. I've been using Notion for years, both at work and for personal things and I love how flexible and powerful it is.
