Weekly Update, October 26th

Hey everyone, how's it going?

My channel hit 25,000 subscribers this week! Thank you all for your support and feedback. It’s been a great (almost) two years of content creation for me. To celebrate, I am going to have an AMA livestream on YouTube this Friday at 1 pm EST. Here is the link to the stream: https://youtu.be/Wu0DACrOGE0 .

Our Vue 3 Hackathon is now available on Youtube! It's a compiled series of livestreams (slightly edited to speed things up), where I build a Vue.js application step-by-step from the beginning. The result is a fun, in-browser game named Kittie Clicker! Here’s the link to the video and here is the code from those streams: https://github.com/gwenf/kittie-clicker . Let me know if you like it!

I also published the Vue Libraries article I mentioned last week. In this article, I mentioned my top 5 Vue.js libraries and what I like about each of them. PrimeVue is one in particular that I love using in almost every project of mine. Some of the my favorite things that drive me to use it are how easy it is to customize their themes, and how their components cover almost every common need for front-end applications. The PrimeVue data tables are also really feature-rich (I always find myself needing to implement various advanced table features in applications). Have you tried it before? Let me know on our Discord channel if you have any other library recommendations as well :)

I probably won't be able to do any coding livestreams this week, but I will be doing 2 Python livestreams on Twitch next week. I promise :D

Hope you guys have a good week!
